Metropolitan Area Economic Forecast

This issue of The Perryman Report & Texas Letter highlights the five-year economic forecast for the state's metropolitan statistical areas (MSAs). Despite recent fluctuations, the forecast for the major MSAs all point to
continued growth.

The Northwest Texas Region

The Abilene and Wichita Falls metropolitan statistical areas (MSAs) along with 30 counties make up the Northwest Texas Region. With around 557,300 residents, the area represents 1.87% of the state's total population.
